It is a rather different Christmas this year but that doesn’t mean the fun has stopped! Our town centre is busy and buzzing and we all feel very festive! 
Covid-19 has changed our Christmas plans many times this year and eventually, we decided that a Christmas Trail, Christmas Selfie Wall, our annual Christmas Guide, and extra Christmas lights were all Covid safe activities. 
We cannot wait to welcome you to our town centre this Christmas!
Remember, stay safe, shop local, and support local if you can! 
 
Love Uxbridge Christmas Trail
Once upon a time in a strange land on the Metropolitan line lived twenty extraordinary Christmas creatures. Each creature was different but they all loved to explore and when they arrived in the strange land they decided to move into shops, buildings, and other places in the land. There were sloths hidden amongst the flowers, bears tucked away in coffee shops, hedgehogs eating spaghetti, penguins cutting hair, elves watching over the trains at the station and so much more. 
 

And now it’s up to you young elf to help us find all twenty of these marvelous creatures! 

Collect your trail map from The Uxbridge Flower Stall in the heart of the town (where you will find your first Christmas creature) and find the remaining nineteen animals, don’t forget to wave at the shop keepers as you go past or pop in to say hello, it is Christmas after all! And don’t forget to write down the names of the creatures that you spot on the window! 

When you’ve completed the trail there are lots of other fun activities for you to do on your map. We would love to see you completing the trail and photos of your finished trail map and activities so don’t forget to tag us @LoveUxbridge and use #uxbridgexmastrail so we can see!

Christmas Selfie Wall

Our beautiful Christmas Love Uxbridge Winter Wonderful selfie wall is up! All you need to do is stand in front of a top hat, elf hat, angel wings, or fairy wings and take a photo to remember! Find our wall at Harris & Hoole in Uxbridge Town Centre.

We loved putting up the Uxbridge BID (Love Uxbridge) funded Christmas lights this year on top of Uxbridge Train Station! Reindeer, penguins, trees, and lots of twinkle lights have brought the station roof to life!

The days and nights on the roof setting up were great fun and we hope you all love them as much as we do and they brighten up your 2020 Christmas!
